I booked a same day for a overnight stay and got a response immediately, when I arrived the front desk greeted my by name which was very kind and made me feel special the check in online was super easy all I had to do was show my id and he showed me to my room , this building has great amenities and lots of nearby food options as well as a 7/11 across the street everything was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming and kind I will definitely be coming back here & I recommend you guys to stay here if interested :)

I had a terrific stay - comfy bed, incredible shower pressure, gorgeous views at night from the roof top, extremely warm and welcoming front desk staff, and walkable to fidi highlights and the subway. No complaints!

third time extending my stay here love it. One thing I will say, though is that I recommend getting one of the larger rooms. The rooms that were on the higher floors are half the size. The room that I got on the seventh floor was huge as well as the one on the 10th floor. The staff here is the friendliest and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks!

extended my stay because I really love this hotel. It has that luxury hotel feel yet the rooms are spacious and have everything you need so it also feels like an apartment. The location is great, grocery store is less than a minute walk away as well as the post office and several other convenience stores. I was able to drop my laundry off at the laundromat thatu2019s next-door which is right next-door. there is daily housekeeping, and you get free coffee and tea. I also like that you can get packages here. Overall I have nothing bad to say in 100% recommend.

The check in process is so simple. There are no hidden fees or random credit card holds. The staff is super helpful. Itu2019s way bigger than a hotel room but you have the same services (housekeeping, reception, etc). We had DoorDash delivered here with no problem. Thereu2019s a fridge and a microwave and a table. The entire unit was very clean and spacious. Everything was just as described and the staff was super friendly. Best Airbnb youu2019ll find in New York, hands down.

Had the best experience staying in this apartment. Spacious for Manhattan, couldnu2019t believe the space!nI stay often in Manhattan for work (Iu2019m a photographer) and this location was perfect for my commute to Midtown as well as DUMBO! I was able to walk easily to the ferry landing and appreciated the proximity to everything.nLeah and Tyler were incredible in assisting with things, great team at the property who truly cares for the guests.nCannot beat it! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are very large and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again on my regular NYC trips. Location convenient.

This is a great hotel option in the financial district of NYC. We came in via the ferry which is a short 15 minute walk. Easy to catch all transit and use as a landing spot! Clean, safe, and comfortable. The roof top deck is a nice bonus too! I would do it again =)

There are pros and cons to this place, and I am just sharing my experience, which might be different for you. nPro: nCentrally located around food, transportation, and things to do nThe concierge is extremely responsive nGym in the buildingnCons: nThe room is very small..nWhile there is AC I'm not sure it works well - I woke up every morning in a puddle nWhile concierge is responsive, it's almost robotic - I left my night guard in the room accidentally, and when I reached out, all I got was you'll get an email or text if it's found, nothing else. No, I'll escalate it or any sort of problem-solving. nI would not stay here again.

Cool rooftop view. Room was immaculate. Excellent water pressure/heat in the shower. Friendly staff @ front desk. Highly recommended.
